Dr. Simon Floreani is the CEO of Vitality Organic Allied Health, a groundbreaking health and prevention community center in Melbourne, Australia, and co-founder of Well Adjusted, a health education company producing educational materials for professionals and the public alike.
With 30 years of experience, Simon has trained 31 associate doctors and led Melbourne's largest team of allied health practitioners. He and his wife, Dr. Jennifer Barham-Floreani, run a family-based practice and are proud parents of four sons, three of whom are currently studying chiropractic in Barcelona, Spain.
Jennifer Barham-Floreani is an award-winning health practitioner and bestselling author, known for her transformative book, Well Adjusted Babies, which has reached over half a million parents, practitioners, and students.
As a mother of four boys, Dr. Jennifer offers authentic guidance for couples and families, speaking worldwide on common-sense approaches to health, pregnancy, and parenting. Her career has been dedicated to enhancing the "health literacy" of parents, earning her numerous accolades including Victorian and Australian Chiropractor of the Year, International Woman Chiropractor of the Year, Outstanding Service to Chiropractic, and the Being of Light Humanitarian Award.

Dr. Allen Miner is a 2003 Parker Chiropractic college graduate. Currently he is the Founder & President of LVG Holdings - a private equity group focused on creating meaningful connections.
Some of LVG's current holdings and investments include Chiro Matchmakers, Genesis Back & Neck, Ideal Team Staffing & VA Services, UAC (Ultimate Achiever Club) Master Mind, and his practice Illumin8 Chiropractic, with 4 clinics across New Mexico and Texas.
Allen currently resides in McKinney, TX with his wife Wendy and their 3 children Landon, Verity, & Giselle.
Molly Cahill
Molly Cahill is an Instagram and email marketing strategist and agency owner for health and wellness practitioners.

Caleb Braddock, DC
Dr. Caleb Braddock is a chiropractor with nearly two decades of experience, practicing in a high-volume family chiropractic setting since 2005.
Seven years ago, Dr. Braddock co-founded Genesis Back & Neck Decompression alongside his business partner, Dr. Chad Glines. Their company partners with successful chiropractors to seamlessly integrate spinal decompression into their practices, helping patients avoid invasive treatments such as injections and spinal surgery.
